GROW TOGETHER SESSIONS

Free to Rutland families registered with the Childrens Centre.

For children aged 0 months - 5 years.

Old clothes to be worn by both parents/carers and children!

During school holidays, older siblings are welcomed.

Venue: Childrens Centre Oakham

Day: Drop-in sessions held on Tuesdays

Time: 11.00 - 12.00 hrs.

The Social Child sessions

The Right Place to Play, Learn & Grow for your children. Promotes speech, language and social skills through stories, songs and fun play.

Free to Rutland families registered with the Childrens Centre

For children aged 18 months - 5 years.

Old clothes to be worn by both parents/carers and children!

During school holidays, older siblings are welcomed.

Venue: Childrens Centre Oakham

Day: Fridays (except for Christmas & New Year)

Time: 13.30 - 14.30 hrs

The Social Trail

Family friendly short walks starting from the Children's Centre at 10.30hrs.

Dates: 8th and 22nd November.

YOUNG PARENTS GROUP

For parents aged 24 years old and under who can access this support for themselves and their family. This is an opportunity for people to get together with my support and have a chat, catch up and see each other. We often have taster sessions during this time and share ideas on activities. Another one of the services we provide for Young Parents through our contacts with them is advice and signposting, we offer advice on a range of things from child development, behaviour, nursery funding and can provide signposting to other support services and Food Bank Vouchers.
